Το μεγαλύτερο αεροπλάνο στον πλανήτη είναι ένα βήμα πιο κοντά στην πρώτη του πτήση, αφού περάσει άλλο ένα σημαντικό ορόσημο.

Ονομάστηκε Stratolaunch, το κολοσσιαίο αεροσκάφος ταξίδεψε για πρώτη φορά κάτω από το διάδρομο με τη δική του δύναμη, πυροδοτώντας και τους έξι Turbofan κινητήρες Pratt και Whitney, το καθένα ζυγίζοντας 4.000 κιλά.
